Senior Technical Recruiter

Position Description

• Identify, attract and close tech and non-tech candidates using LinkedIn and job boards for various AI companies/startups across the U.S.

• Conduct phone screens to discuss about job-related skills with candidates and align expectations

• Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the time of application until on-boarding or turned down)

• Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities

• Set hiring goals including time frames and deliverables

• Collaborate with team members and account managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency

Job requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously

• Familiar or have strong interests in exploring AI Industry

• Communication is king

• Learning and sharing mindset
