Global pharmacy benefit manager, Optum, has released its third annual survey on AI in Health Care. Their findings reveal that 95% of health care executives say that hiring talent with experience in developing AI is a priority. Regarding AI-specific skills that health care executives seek, 51% are interested in hiring employees who can develop AI, whereas 49% are interested in employees who can apply such results.
